A body transformation is something I do every 3 years or so. I plan a solid fitness routine, work extremely hard for 3 months and eat a carefully planned diet which aids my body transformation fitness goals. Then, when I hit 3 months, I either continue to maintain what ever level I reach or get out into the world and use my new body to do incredible things. The last few times I did this, I trained to be a professional wrestler, I acted in a lot of action type roles, just before YouTube I became a fire fighter and the last time I did a body transformation, it was to better my odds of survival on the TV show Naked & Afraid. I didn’t make it to the end but not because I wasn’t fit but because I was extremely sick and lost 28 lbs. Some might say I should just continue to maintain the body I get after my transformation but I never really do and that’s just me being honest with myself. Plus, I like the hard work in a weird way. So I challenge you to get fit with me! It’s only 3 months and you know how time flies. So are you with me?
