This workout is great if you have very limited gym equipment, all you need are Dumbbells, resistant bands and a bench. This workout is perfect for wherever you train, at a HOME GYM, CROSSFIT BOX, or CONVENTIONAL GYM or if travelling a HOTEL GYM.
